Born in 1973 in Izmir, Saliha Kartal graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of
Fine Arts, Department of Ceramics and Glass. After her undergraduate education, she
continued her artistic studies in various workshops including Yunus Tonkuş sculpture
workshop. In these workshops, she participated in workshops where she developed her
vision with Turkish and foreign academicians and artists.
Since 2002, she continues to produce his artistic and industrial works in his own
workshop in Balat.
