Ergül Karagözoğlu is a photographer specialized in architectural, interior and exterior
photography in Bodrum. After graduating from Marmara University, Department of
Tourism Guidance, she worked in the yachting industry for a long time and then ran
Derinmavi Ceramic Gallery with her ceramic artist husband Tevfik Karagözoğlu. Her
passion for photography led her to study at Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Fine
Arts, Department of Photography and she continues her master's degree at the same
school.
Karagözoğlu, whose focus of interest is alternative photography, carries out
experimental works using alternative photo printing techniques as well as darkroom
works in his studio in Yalıkavak. In addition to architectural, interior and exterior
photography, Karagözoğlu also shoots portraits, hotels and projects.
