Born in 1965 in Tabriz, Hossein Norouzi graduated from the Graphics Department of
Tehran University of Arts and then received his master's degree in the same field at
the Faculty of Fine Arts of Tehran University. Throughout his education, he followed
Islamic calligraphy in the Iranian Calligraphers Association and was awarded the
highest certificate of this association.
Norouzi, who also has the first prize awarded by the Iranian Ministry of Culture and
Arts in the field of graphic design, has participated in group exhibitions in Moscow,
St. Petersburg, Rome, Italy, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Iraq and Mexico, and opened solo
exhibitions. Houssein Norouzi continues to create extraordinary works in calligraphy
with his powerful graphic designs.
